Mike is a passionate, high-energy educator and lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan who brings heart, humor, and hustle to every space he enters. A Philly native now based in Miami, Mike began his career in the nonprofit world, working in Title I schools as a Job Coach and Adult Literacy Instructor serving families in West Philadelphia—a role that sparked his unwavering commitment to equity and access.

With a Psychology degree from Penn State, graduate studies at Villanova, and a Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, Mike blends academic rigor with real-world impact. He’s a Philly PLUS Fellow, former CEO of Chester County Family Charter School, and most recently Head of School at Fusion Academy in Miami. From classrooms in Philadelphia and New York City, to communities in Sierra Leone, Mike has led, coached, and connected across the globe — including Ghana, China, Colombia, the Bahamas, and cities across North America. He’s known for building innovative, inclusive school cultures where educators thrive and students feel seen.
